Since 2006...
RCO Trucking Inc. strives to provide complete supply chain solutions. We provide competitive prices while still providing exceptional service. We pride ourselves in treating our capacity providers and customers as family while delivering on our promises and exceeding everyone’s expectations.
About Us
RCO Trucking Inc was founded in 2006 by Rodrigo Castaño Ochoa. In 2014 he was joined by his son-in-law Ponciano (Ponci) Seoane and his daughter, Adriana Castaño-Seoane. Having worked for a major shipper in Florida and a transportation broker, Ponci believed that he and Adriana could build a team of capacity providers that would provide exceptional services to their customer. In 2018 Michael De La Osa, a long time friend and industry professional joined the team. At RCO Trucking, we are focused on slowly growing our business and to provide both our capacity providers and customer with the highest level of service in the trucking industry.

Ponciano (Ponci) Seoane
Owner
In 2004, Ponci started his journey at a foliage nursery in Homestead, FL. After 8 years, he began working for a truck broker – and in 2014, he took over RCO Trucking.
“I have learned to understand the transportation business thru the eyes of the shipper, broker, and now the carrier. One thing I can tell you with certainty, is that the operators are the unsung heroes of our business.”
Adriana Castaño Seoane
CFO
Adriana has been with RCO Trucking since 2010 and handles accounting, payroll and HR. She’s the grease that keeps the wheels turning.
Michael De La Osa
Operations Manager
Michael has been with RCO Trucking since 2018. Michael handles the operational side of our business and still finds the time to jump in his truck and hammer down.
How it Started
Rodrigo Castaño had 3 million documented miles, making runs across the states from Florida to California. But after 30 years of being told where and when to go, he decided to start his own trucking business.
In 2006, Rodrigo started RCO Trucking and retired in 2019.
Rodrigo had a passion for airplanes and even obtained a private pilot’s license in his younger years. Unfortunately, he passed on February 4th, 2022 due to COVID. With 55 years in the trucking business, RCO continues to run today.
